Our Mission
At Cry It Out Loud!, our mission is to promote daily support, unity and connection for all birth trauma, fertility, pregnancy and baby loss survivors. We need to life together after our traumatic births and losses.
Meet the Hosts
By bringing survivors together, sharing raw real thoughts and feelings, we are speaking our truths out loud. Traumas that have been silent, swept under the rug, not talked about or recognized for far too long. Uncovering survivors heart shattering, gut wrenching stories starting with how life was before loss—that intuition moment knowing something is wrong, those first seconds, minutes, hours, days right after—and what life is like now. How we picked ourselves up in our darkest times. Topics will range from the truly ridiculous things people say (can you believe she said that?!), to what’s expected of people after a loss, to societal judgments, medical conditions, where to go from here, and much more.

What pregnancy is like after loss, what parenting is like after loss, what life is like after loss, in hopes we help fellow survivors tuning in when needed. Re-listen to favorite episodes at various stages in your grief journey to hear what message you need to, when you need to hear it most. We will feature a monthly "Ask Me Anything" Segment with a maternal-fetal medicine doctor. Things you wished you asked during your loss to have closure. We want to put a voice behind maternal fetal health traumatic losses by cracking the silence.
